Construction moves upward at the Bloor Street Neighbourhood (BSN) project in Toronto, Ontario.

Toddglen Construction builds new Neighbourhood on Bloor Street

General contractor Toddglen Construction Ltd. expects to complete the Bloor Street Neighbourhood project in spring 2009.

The 32-storey, 345-unit building was designed by Northgrave Architect Inc. for Cresford Developments.

Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).

Subcontractors include Anpro Excavating & Grading; Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Consolidated Inc. (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); DiRocco Masonry Group Ltd; Marel Contractors (drywall/framing); Global Mechanical; Mapleview Electrical; State Windows; and CNIM Canada (elevators).
