Financing has been provided by the Golden Crossing General Partnership under a 35.5-year agreement with TransLink. Bilfinger Berger (Canada) Inc. and CH2M HILL comprise the Golden Crossing Constructors Joint Venture, which is managing design and construction of the project. The architect is Hotson Bakker Boniface Haden.
