Glass starts to cover the Bell Creekbank Phase III Class ‘A’ office in Mississauga, Ontario.
Aecon Buildings nears completion of Bell Creekbank project
Construction manager Aecon Buildings and MHPM Project Managers Inc. began the Bell Creekbank project in spring 2007. Completion is scheduled for late fall 2008.
The owner/developer of the five-storey office building is Bell Canada/H +: R REIT; the architect is Bregman +: Hamann Architects.
Consultants are AM Candaras Associates Inc. (civil); Carruthers and Wallace Ltd. (structural); Hidi & Associates Inc. (mechanical); Lapas Consulting Engineers Ltd. (electrical); HH Angus (elevator); and Quinn Design Associates Inc. (landscape).
Subtrades include Geo. A. Kelson Co. Ltd. (mechanical); Interborough Electric (underground electrical); Ampere Ltd. (electrical); Paul and Douglas (sprinkler/fire protection); Ferguson Neudorf Glass Inc. (curtain wall); Bothwell-Accurate Co. Ltd. (waterproofing); Otis Canada Inc. (elevators); Dean Chandler (roofing); Mometal Structures (structural steel and misc. metals) and ACML (asphalt/underground mechanical).
