Project progress

Construction continues on Noble Cherry Smart Centre in Toronto

Work is moving along on the Noble Cherry Smart Centre in Toronto. General contractor Bachly Construction began the two-storey retail/office project in July 2009 and completion has been scheduled for February 2010.

The project was designed by Turner Fleisher Architect Inc.

Consultants are: Leonard Kalishenko & Associates (structural); LKM & Partners (mechanical); Hammerschlag & Joffe Inc. (electrical); and Terraplan Landscape Architects.

Subcontractors include: Quinn Construction (site services); Canada Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; AMS Contracting (formwork); Prasher Steel Ltd. (structural steel); St. Peter Steel Inc. (steel erection); CBM (concrete); JRC Plumbing & Enterprises Ltd.; Downsview Drywall; George Masonry Contractors Ltd.; Aetna Electric; Forest City Fire Protection; Ben Air Systems (HVAC); Civa Stucco Supply Ltd.; BR Industrial Roofing; Metro Glass; Schindler Elevators Corp.; Commercial Sheet Metal; and Brennan Paving & Construction.
