Ontario Construction Secretariat adds Frank Zechner to staff

TORONTO

The Ontario Construction Secretariat has added Frank Zechner to its staff to help bolster its resources and expertise in construction of municipal water and wastewater facilities.

“What I will be expected to do is develop information sources, tools, guidelines and perhaps online guidebooks and resources to assist contractors to prequalify for certain types of projects and maybe assist ... in the interpretation of terms and conditions,” said Zechner.

Zechner, an environmental lawyer and an engineer, is a former executive director of the Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association.
