Project progress
Construction continues on Residences of Avonshire in Toronto
HOWARD MANDEL/APERTURE IMAGING
Work continues on phase one of the Residences of Avonshire in Toronto. Deltera Inc. is general contractor for the two, 21-storey towers, with 446 units and garden villa townhomes.
The owner is K & G Group and the project was designed by Kirkor Architects.
Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Anpro Excavating & Grading; and Verdi Alliance (formwork).
