Construction continues on Village Gate West III condo project in Toronto

Construction is moving along on the Village Gate West III condominium/rental project in Toronto. Owner/developer Concert Properties Ltd. - OMERS Sun Life Financial is also an owner - and general contractor Deltera Inc. began the two-tower, 501-unit project in spring 2009.
The project also includes 12 townhomes and four levels of underground parking linking both towers.
The project was designed by IBI Group Page + Steele Inc.
Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast and Partners (structural); M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include: Magine Contractors (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Forma-con (precast); Mega City Tile; Hilton (painting); Stirling Carpet; Leader (mechanical); Cooltech Services Ltd.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
