Excavation underway for St. Gabriel Manor condos in Toronto

Excavating is underway for St. Gabriel Manor condominiums on Sheppard Avenue in Toronto. Baghai Development Ltd. is the owner/construction manager of the eight-storey, 96-unit building. The project will also have ground floor retail and a rooftop terrace on the second floor.
The project was designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); United Engineering (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating.
