Link2Build Construction Opportunity Network is now online
Construction Associations across Canada today announced the launch of Link2Build - Canada’s newest construction-only bid opportunity website.
With the launch of this site, construction bid opportunities just got a whole lot easier to manage.
Consolidating project data from almost all of Canada’s local construction associations, Link2Build is the place for buyers and bidders to turn when searching for or publicizing construction bid opportunities. The site provides access to more than 20,000 projects annually and is visited regularly by thousands of qualified general and trade contractors, manufacturers and suppliers.
For bidders, Link2Build simplifies the job of searching for bid opportunities. It is a single window through which contractors gain access to private- and public-sector tender calls in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Atlantic provinces. Simply register to use Link2Build and in moments, you can search bid opportunities from one end of the country to the other.
“Industry will appreciate how easy Link2Build is to use,” says Darlene La Trace, Executive Vice-President of the Edmonton Construction Association. “Anyone who has ever used his or her local association’s electronic plansroom will be instantly familiar with the interface. And anyone new to the interface can pick it up in seconds.”
For buyers, Link2Build presents your project to a targeted, qualified audience of thousands of firms that are registered members of Canada’s local construction associations. More bidders means more competition and lower overall project prices!
“Link2Build is owned by local construction associations across the country,” says John DeVries, President of the Ottawa Construction Association. “These organizations represent all firms in the industry: general and trade contractors, road builders, heavy-construction firms, and manufacturers and suppliers. Exposure to such a large base of construction companies is impossible to find anywhere else.”
Our staff speak construction
The best part about Link2Build is that it is supported by the friendly and knowledgeable staff who run the plansrooms at most of the country’s local construction associations. These men and women understand the challenges associated with receiving, posting and distributing tender documents. They speak the language of construction and communicate effectively with buyers and bidders alike.
Check us out today
Link2Build may be new to the industry, but it’s already populated by hundreds of bid opportunities. Check it out today. And check back regularly because new tender opportunities arrive daily!
