Toronto Community Housing continues construction on Paint Box condos in Regent Park

Work continues for the Paint Box condominiums, part of the Regent Park revitalization project in Toronto, Ont.
Daniels Corporation has completion of the 26-storey, 283-unit building with mechanical penthouse, retail and two levels of underground parking scheduled for early 2013.
The owner is Toronto Community Housing Corp. and the project was designed by Diamond and Schmitt Architects Inc. Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural) and Smith & Andersen Consulting Engineering (mechanical/electrical).
