Pure Industrial buys Caledon, Ontario industrial property

Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (TSX-V: AAR.UN) of Vancouver announced this week it has closed the $22.325 million sales of an industrial property in Caledon, Ontario leased to Kingspan Insulated Panels Ltd.

The property is located at 12,557 Coleraine Drive in Caledon, Ontario, about 50 kilometres northwest of downtown Toronto. It has a total rentable area of 208,385 square and is on 12.27 acres.

PIRET owns industrial properties across Canada with a total of more than four million square feet of leasable space.

Last month, PIRET closed a $15.1-million sale of an industrial property in Winnipeg with 265,843 square feet of rentable space, whose tenants include the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

So far this year, PIRET has spent $218.4 million on properties with a total area of about two million square feet.
