Montreal Sun Life building gets Building Owner and Manager Association award

Property manager Bentall Kennedy announced Friday that the Sun Life Building in Montreal was named Outstanding Building of the Year by the Building Owner and Manager Association of Canada.

The firm claims this is the top honour in the commercial real estate sector in Canada.

Certified BOMA BESt (Building Environmental Standards) Level 3, the Sun Life Building is owned by Sun Life Financial and SITQ. It was built between 1914 and 1933. It also recently got an award for energy efficiency from Hydro Quebec.
