Infrastructure Ontario hosting 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games venue bidders’ meeting
Infrastructure Ontario announced it will hold a meeting Friday at the Toronto Delta Chelsea Hotel for companies interested in bidding on some venues for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games. Deadline to register is Thursday, October 27.
The meeting is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 28 in the Wren Room of the Delta Chelsea Hotel, 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto, according to the Infrastructure Ontario website.
The meeting is for those interested in requests for qualifications for the Pan American Markham Pool & Field House, Etobicoke Olympium and Pan Am Field Hockey Centre. Those interested in participating must register in advance, no later than Thursday October 27, by sending contact details, field of business and number of participants to Arlene Joseph of Infrastructure Ontario.
At the bidders’ meeting, Infrastructure Ontario says it plans to give background information about the projects and the RFQ process, and give firms the opportunity to network.
