Project progress
Tucker Hi-Rise Construction continues work on Clear Spirit condos in Toronto

Tucker Hi-Rise Construction Ltd. is construction manager of the 44-storey, 364-unit project and the owner is Cityscape Development Corp. The tower will include four levels of underground parking and retail.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Chase International (interior). Subcontractors include: Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavating); Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd. (foundation); Italform Ltd. (formwork); EFCO (forming systems); Mapleview Electric Co; D. Zentil Mechanical; Salit Steel (rebar); Innocon Inc. (concrete) and Jangho (curtainwall).
