CanBIM to host building information modeling seminar in Montreal

TORONTO

The Canada BIM Council (CanBIM) is hosting a regional seminar in Montreal Feb. 16, the third in a series.

The theme is building information modeling in practice.

To be held at the Maritime Hotel, the afternoon event will feature presentations dealing with from BIM to virtual construction, upstream value-added services, BIM co-ordination of large projects and opportunities and challenges of applying BIM in practice.

An agenda for the Montreal event is available at the CanBIM website.

Updates will be provided on council activities. An open board meeting will be held with participants. The registration fee is $95.00 for members, $160.00 for non-members and $35.00 for students.

The event comes on the heels of previous seminars in Toronto and Edmonton.
