Dominus continues construction of Pier 27 Condominiums in Toronto

Dominus Construction Group Ltd. is construction manager and the owners are Fernbrook/Cityzen Development Corp. The work consists of two, 12-storey towers with 695 units, four levels of underground parking, a theatre, fitness facilities and outdoor pool.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Smith and Andersen Consulting Engineering (mechanical/electrical) and MBTW Landscape Architects.
Subtrades include: GFL (excavation); Faga Group (underground slab drainage); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar); Innocon Inc. (concrete); D. Zentil Mechanical; Mayfair Electric and Schindler Elevators Corp.
