IBI and a team of sub-consultants will prepare the land use strategy for the widening of the corridor, “and assist the city in the developing of an integrated strategy for the advancement of Renew Thunder Bay,” according to a city press release.

The open house, where the public will be invited to ask questions and provide feedback, is scheduled from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. with the presentation scheduled at 7. At the open house, IBI will provide an overview of the land use planning strategy, discuss work undertaken to-date, present preliminary findings and recommendations.
