Project progress
Construction continues on Tridel mixed-use 49-storey tower in Toronto

Work is progressing for Three Hundred Front Street West on the mixed use building in Toronto, Ont.
Deltera Inc. has scheduled completion of the 49-storey, 676-unit project for the end of 2012. The building, designed to meet LEED certification, will have ground floor commercial space, amenity space on the 15th floor, a pool on the roof and two levels underground parking. The owner is Tridel Corporation and the project was designed by Wallman Architects.
Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Novatrend Engineering Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and R.V. Anderson Associates Ltd. Subcontractors include: Anpro Excavating & Grading Ltd.; Avenue Building Corp. (formwork); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Salit Steel Ltd.; Toronto Redi Mix Ltd.; Venice Construction Inc. (masonry); Primo Mechanical; Jay Electric Ltd.; Bellwood Sheet Metal Ltd.; Toro Aluminum (glass/glazing) and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
