Police charge woman after fatal collision in Windsor, Ontario with construction vehicle

WINDSOR, Ont.

A woman faces impaired driving charges after a fatal collision in Windsor, Ontario.

Police say a pickup truck collided with a parked construction truck and trailer on Jan. 30.

A 23-year-old man who was a passenger in the pickup was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman who was driving the pickup is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the investigation determined the pickup lost control and skidded a considerable distance before striking the parked truck and trailer.

Stephanie Bravo, 21, of Windsor, is charged with impaired driving causing death.
