Accel continues construction on Art Condominiums in Toronto

Accel Construction Management has completion of the 11-storey Art Condominiums in Toronto scheduled for early 2013. The owner is Triangle West Development Ltd. and the architects are Oleson Worland Architects and Hariri Pontarini Architects

Work is moving up on the Art Condominiums on Dovercourt Road in Toronto. Construction manager Accel Construction Management has completion of the 11-storey, 148-unit project scheduled for early 2013.

The building will have retail/mixed-use space on the ground floor, a fifth floor terrace, a theatre room, lounge area, an art studio and underground parking.

The owner is Triangle West Development Ltd. and the architects for the project are Oleson Worland Architects and Hariri Pontarini Architects.

Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Jain & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).

Subtrades include: Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Gottardo Masonry; Group Mechanical Inc.; and Mapleview Electric Co. Ltd.
