Construction manager for the project is Bluescape Construction Management Inc. and the work includes one eight-storey building for seniors with 127 units and two four-storey affordable rental buildings with 115 units. The owner is Toronto Community Housing and completion has been scheduled for mid-2013.
The architects for the project are Core Architects/Graziani + Corazza Architects. Consultants are: CPE Structural Consultants (structural); LKM Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical) and Scott Torrance Landscape Architects.
Subtrades include: Vuemount Structures (formwork); Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; XACT Mechanical and Bothwell-Accurate Co. Ltd. (roofing/waterproofing/green roof) and Maplewood Construction (wood frame construction).
