| Project: | cast-in-place concrete foundation, cast-in-place concrete structural frame, structural steel frame, electric heating system, fuel fired heating system, additions and alterations to the education pavilion. The scope of the project includes construction of a 4-storey atrium (appr 925 sq m), with walkways and a panoramic elevator and a new entrance (appr 260 sq m). The project also includes the complete renovation of electromechanical systems in the classes wing (2 levels of 1,800 sq m) including the addition of sprinklers, the installation of a new cafeteria adjacent to the Atrium and asbestos removal. |
