| Note: | City Council has approved the project. Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg in partnership with Julian Smith & Associates, Stantec Engineers have been awarded to complete Urban Design. The design competition includes the redevelopment of Lansdowne Park, Ottawa Farmers' Market, Horticulture Building and the Aberdeen Pavilion. Final award is expected late June/early July 2010. Detailed Design, Tender and Construction schedules are undetermined at this time. Further update late Summer/Fall 2010.
The project is a public-private partnership between the city and Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group which is comprised of Ottawa 67's Hockey Club, Minto Developments Inc, Trinity Development Group and Shenkman Corporation.
