Vicwest Income Fund to Hold Annual General Meeting

    OAKVILLE, ON, May 19, 2009 /CNW/ - Vicwest Income Fund ("the Fund") (TSX:
VIC.UN) announced today it will hold its Annual Meeting of Unitholders on
Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT).
    The meeting will take place at The Gallery, TSX Broadcast and Conference
Centre, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario. At the conclusion of the
formal meeting, there will be a presentation by management and a question &
answer session, followed by refreshments and the opportunity to meet with the
Board of Trustees and newly appointed chair Fraser Berrill, and members of the
senior management team. The simultaneous webcast will be assessable through
the Fund's website at www.vicwestfund.com. An archived copy of the webcast
will be available on the website until May 20, 2010.
