Jones Lang LaSalle Secures Top Talent in Mississauga
Firm adds three new brokers to bolster growing office leasing team and
hires industrial research analyst
TORONTO, June 16 /CNW/ - Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that it has
hired Scott Watson as Senior Vice President, in the agency leasing and tenant
representation team. The firm has also appointed Glenn Thackeray and Tyler
Kenny who join the team as Sales Representatives in an ongoing effort to
bolster the firm's presence in the growing GTA West market. This team joins
from a large national brokerage and will all be based in Jones Lang LaSalle's
Mississauga office.
"With collective experience of 18 years, this young, vibrant team has
been involved in some of the GTA's largest, most notable transactions in the
last few years," said Eamonn Murphy, Managing Director, Toronto, Canada. "Our
continued commitment to growing our tenant representation practice in the GTA

Scott Watson has 10 years of experience in suburban office leasing
focusing on both landlord and national tenant representation. He has completed
more than 400 assignments during his career and was named winner of the '2009
NAIOP Developing Leader Award' for distinguishing himself with great promise
as a leader in the commercial real estate industry. Watson holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Glenn Thackeray will specialize in suburban office leasing, landlord
representation. His recent assignments include heading portfolio leasing for a
major Canadian financial institution's one million square foot Metro West
portfolio. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Urban
Development from the University of Western Ontario.
As sales representative for the office leasing team, Tyler Kenny will
focus on suburban tenant representation for expansion, renewal and subleasing
assignments. Kenny holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the
University of Prince Edward Island.

Research Analyst. Marks holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Management
from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
McGill University. He joins from RealNet Canada.
