Yves Auclair, Nicole Delorme and Serge Rémillard join the Board of Directors of the Société du Havre de Montréal
MONTREAL, June 25 /CNW Telbec/ - Isabelle Hudon, Chair of the Board of
Directors of the Société du Havre de Montréal, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Yves Auclair, Nicole Delorme and Serge Rémillard to the
corporation's Board.

our Board" said Ms.Hudon. "Their extensive experience and their knowledge of
urban development, real estate investment and communications will be most
helpful to us".
Yves Auclair is the founding president of Desyx Capital Inc., a
diversified asset management firm with its head office in Montreal. Mr.
Auclair has over 20 years experience in all sectors of real estate investment.
Throughout his career, he held senior management positions dealing with all
aspects of real estate management, particularly finance, acquisition and
disposition, in the industry's best known companies: PSP Investments (Public
Sector Investment Board), Cadim (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Caisse de
dépôt et placement du Québec), GE Capital, Standard Life and MetLife.
Nicole Delorme has been associated with NATIONAL Public Relations since
1992. She led the Montreal office's marketing group. A member of the
Association marketing de Montréal since 2000, Nicole Delorme served as the
Chair of the Board of Directors of that association in 2002. She pursued its
repositioning and merger with the Publicité Club de Montréal - PCM. Strongly
involved in her community, she was a member of the Board of Directors of La
Chapelle de Montréal, a baroque music ensemble directed by Yanick
Nézet-Séguin. She also advised the Fondation du Québec pour l'implant
cochléaire.
Serge Rémillard has held many management positions in Finance, in both
the public and private sectors. He was Senior Vice President, Administration
and Finance of the Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec for 10 years. He
was subsequently founding president of the Services financiers CDPQ
(Subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec) as well as of
the Société en commandite Myrade where, in addition, he served as chief
executive officer. Since 2004, he has been president of RCGT Financement, a
consulting firm specializing in corporate finance. He is also Chair of the
Board of Directors of the Société du parc Jean-Drapeau.
The mission of the Société du Havre de Montréal is to propose the major
elements in a concerted plan for the development of the harbourfront and the
urban areas around it, as well as an implementation structure and a financial
strategy.
