ClearView Plumbing Wins Best of Calgary Contractors Award from HomeStars
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 3, 2010) - ClearView Plumbing announced today that it had been selected by HomeStars as one of the Best of Calgary Contractors for 2009.
HomeStars is an online community of homeowners and home improvement companies. The site, at HomeStars.com, offers reviews of contractors in various categories. Using these reviews, customers can find reputable contractors and tradespeople.
Each year, HomeStars gives awards for the best in each category in various cities. This was the first year that HomeStars had awarded Calgary businesses and ClearView Plumbing was a winner.
ClearView was the overall leader in number of reviews, with 20 in 2009. The company also topped the Plumbing category with an average customer rating of 9.8 out of 10. Awards were given out at a ceremony attended by ClearView owner Kyle Lumsden.
As the HomeStars site states, winners understand that the customer is king and that feedback from customers is vital to improving their businesses. ClearView's reputation for responsiveness to customers is in evidence on the HomeStars site where owner Kyle Lumsden personally responded to each review.
Asked about the award, Lumsden said: "I am extremely honoured to accept this award on behalf of everyone at ClearView Plumbing. It really is a team effort, and we are all very grateful to the satisfied customers who took the time to post their reviews on the HomeStars site."
