ENPAR announces grants of stock options

GUELPH, ON, July 28 /CNW/ - ENPAR Technologies Inc. ("ENPAR" or "the Company") announces that the Board of Directors has authorized grants of a total of six hundred thousand (600,000) stock options to two (2) consultants and five (5) employees of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of twenty cents ($0.20) per common share for a period of up to five years from the date of grant. The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
