REMINDER/Chaudiere Crossing: Lane ReductionsGATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 11, 2012) - Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists that current lane reductions on the Chaudière Crossing will remain in effect until March 16, 2012.
Two lanes will remain open at all times.
These lane reductions will not affect pedestrians, but will require cyclists walk bikes on sidewalk through the construction zone.
These lane reductions are necessary to allow the coating of the upper truss section of the bridge.
Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
