Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust Announces November Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 19, 2012) - Allied Properties REIT (TSX:AP.UN) announced today that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.11 per unit for the month of November, 2012, representing $1.32 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on December 17, 2012, to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2012. The REIT has 60,250,997 units issued and outstanding.
