JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR--(Marketwire - Jan. 8, 2013) - Dr. Kellie Leitch, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, and the Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister of Service for Newfoundland and Labrador, will make an important announcement about the Newborn Registration Service.
