Black Diamond Completes Australian Asset Purchase

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited (TSX:BDI) ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") announced today that, effective January 1, 2013, it has completed the acquisition of modular accommodation and workspace units of Nomad Building Solutions Limited on terms consistent with those previously announced.
