Black Diamond Group Limited Announces News Release CorrectionCALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "the Company) (TSX:BDI) announces that the news release issued on January 18, 2013 entitled "BLACK DIAMOND GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES JANUARY DIVIDEND" is retracted and the correct information respecting the January 2013 dividend is as follows.
The Company pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of January of $0.06 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2013. The ex-dividend date is January 29, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
