Black Diamond Group Limited Announces February Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited (TSX:BDI) ("Black Diamond") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of February of $0.06 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2013. The ex-dividend date is February 26, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
