1. March 9, 2009 — I believe that the stimulus package is more of a political tool that a real effort to fix the economy. It will have a positive affect on people’s mindset, no question. Just the collective belief that the government is trying to do something is helpful. Problem is that by the time these projects flow through the sytem and all the red tape, very few will actually start, and if they do, the slowdown will be over. Respond to this comment
