March 27, 2009 — Contractors doing renovations, be it on government or private sector facilities, should be able to rely on the information the owner/consultant has put in their contract documents as the latter has had the necessary time to do a proper site investigation. By accepting the risk for unknown conditions owners can save themselves considerable moneys. Respond to this comment
