ATS Automation Tooling finalizes division sale
CAMBRIDGE, Ont.
ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc., a maker of factory equipment, says it has finalized the sale of its precision components business to a group led by current management of the money-losing division.
The deal, first announced last fall, involved cash and promissory notes but the pricetag was not revealed.
