Complete your Form 6 with all areas filled in. Make sure it is signed by a payment certifier! If you don't have a form, download a form in Microsoft Word or pdf format (you will need Adobe Reader to open the pdf form).

Fax your form to our CSP administrator at
1-800-947-7966. Make certain that you send a cover sheet in case we need to call you! If we receive your ad by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, your ad will appear three days later.

We will invoice you for your ad and you will also receive a copy of the ad in a certificate. This will arrive approximately one week after the ad runs. 

Those placing notices are responsible for ensuring Daily Commercial News’ receipt, whether by fax or otherwise, of all necessary information and for reviewing Daily Commercial News upon publication for any errors or omissions and advising Daily Commercial News at once. Daily Commercial News will make good any errors or omissions attributable to it in the next available issue but will otherwise bear no liability whatsoever for any error or omission, including failure to publish any notice, however caused and even if arising from Daily Commercial News’ own negligence.
